| 120001 | 2003-02-10 08:10:00 | I have no idea how they are but the service they gave me made me not even consider telling my clients of them. I emailed both ISPs you listed and a few more trying to get them to send out prices of their Dial-up plans to my postal address for customers who didn't have internet so I could go over and show them the deals these ISPs had. I could have just printed their plans off their site but that's me using my internet and my toner to advertise for them when really they should make the effort and show how well they could do it. I only wanted to see if they'd be willing to send out information to me. The ones who didn't send out information were the ones I thought couldn't be f@#$ked helping. Especially made me angry when they said you can just visit there site when I specifically gave them the reason why it needed to be sent out to me. I wouldn't give them my postal address if that was the case. How the hell did they think I found their email address? Not from the flyers they send out or ads found in magazines that's for sure but from their website. I'm getting all worked up again over this but they really pissed me off because I wanted to show my customers that they had plenty of options for them to choose from and I liked e3 because they were cheap. I didn't really impress them at all but I did explain to them why I didn't have much to offer. At least they understood me. |
