| 119941 | 2003-02-10 04:57:00 | I would like to import some diagrams prepared in Publisher into a Word document. Microsof Publisher 2002 and Word 2002). File import does not seem to work and it seems that Microsoft have built in an incompatability? Presumably there must be another way? Thanks. |

| 119943 | 2003-02-10 05:28:00 | Sergio This is easy to do. 1) Ensure that all elements of your diagram have been grouped (using the pointer tool draw around all the objects that form part of your diagram then click the jigsaw piece that appears at the bottom). 2) Click copy or use Ctrl-C to copy the diagram. 3) Change to your Word file and position the cursor where you want the diagram to appear. (Tip: insert five carriage returns and position the cursor on the middle one. This give you more freedom when adding text above or below the diagram) 4) Select edit/paste special/picture then click OK. Your diagram will appear exactly where you want it and it can be repositioned by clicking and dragging as required. Cheers Billy 8-{) :D |
