| 119936 | 2003-02-10 03:51:00 | Salutations to all I am runing XP Pro, MS Ofice 97 and Outlook Express 6. When I try to do a spell check in Outlook X, I get a message " An error occured while the spelling was being checked". I searched the MS Knowledge site? and there was mention of this message but indicated that it was to do with a problem between Win98 and Outlook X. I have another PC that runs Win 98 and Outlook X and spelling works perfectly. There was also mention of the spell checker being used in Office 97 not being 32 bit and that XP and Outlook X is (32 bit), and so there could be a problem there. Any ideas would be appreciated. | 119938 | 2003-02-10 04:03:00 | If it was another OS other than XP I would suggest you open Add/Remove programs and double click on Internet Explorer 6 and then choose repair, but I dont know how to do it in XP as IE6 comes bundled on XP!
