120264 2003-02-11 09:01:00 How can I reinstall it or where can I download it off the net?

Can I just copy the ISScript.msi file off a computer that's running Win2K Pro Original (No Service Packs Installed)? It's on the LAN and would be easier that way. I'll try that method now since I've got nothing to lose except sleep.

Running Win2K Pro Service Pack 2.

120265 2003-02-11 09:43:00 ISScript.msi is missing on all computers here. All the computers got infected by a virus (will need to check the notebook on what it was this time) and another computer had signs of the Sorbig virus which was just remains leftover in the registry since the virus was cleaned up.

Where can I get ISScript.msi or reinstall it?

120267 2003-02-11 10:05:00 3 minutes using a search engine turned up 2 download locations and 6 other references.

You really want someone to spoon feed you - a wannabe system administrator?

120268 2003-02-11 10:41:00 If people started using search engines more in here PF1 will lose it's popularity. I can only browse some many pages before I turn to PF1 hoping they'd help.

You didn't mention the sites you are referrring too. Is it that you are full of yourself. Don't bother trying to prove yourself. Problem is solved.

Anyway... ISScript.mis is not an important file. It's an internet file for computers who have access to the net. Since this LAN is strictly controlled only certain computers have access. The quickest way of fixing ISScript is searching for all reference pointing to it in your registry and deleting it.
