| 120461 | 2003-02-12 00:45:00 | Please forgive me. I have lost the xp disc, which I recieved with my comp from generic computer maker ,I went to see them, they told me I had to get replacement from M/S,they want $50 for a replacement disc. Seems a bit hot to me,what are your thoughts? |

If Thomas can give his code over the phone to prove it is valid i shouldn't see why they can't send out a cd for free or less than $10 (to cover costs) instead they try charging $50, i wonder how they justify that amount? |

| 120464 | 2003-02-12 01:26:00 | Cost for buying and burning CD = $1 Cost of hiring some nutcase for you to moan about the price for 2 minutes before they hang up on your = $3 per call Revenue that goes to the ever-so-deep bill retirement funds = $46 Make sense now?! ;-) |
