When I started computing, one of my early computing buddies always insisted the computer address him as: "OH NOBLE AND PUISSANT MASTER" at the start of any printouts. We thought he was a nutcase but times have changed, I suspect now the reverse is often true. As the French say "Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose" (= the more it is different, the more it is the same thing). |
