| 121034 | 2003-02-13 22:42:00 | My outlook express won't let me save attachments such as graphic files and zip files but it will let me save Powerpoint and Movie files. How can I get my outlook express to save the picture files and zip. I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling but it still has the same problem. What can I do? Cheers Alan |

If you are running v6 of OE try the security settings for a start anyway. Open Outlook Express > Tools > Options > Security > Remove the tick from "Do Not Allow Attachments to be saved that could contain a virus" assuming of course that is ticked at the moment > Apply/OK and see if that works. |
