| 121287 | 2003-02-14 10:57:00 | I have a problem with my pc when i boot it my desktop is white if i refresh it i see my icons.Its a annoying bug and i cant seem to fix it . Can i deleted the OS without deleting other applications? How do i delete windows? |

| 121288 | 2003-02-14 11:31:00 | If you want to re-load windows without losing all your other programs your best bet is probably to just load it straight over the top of what you have. Do you have a windows CD? a boot disk? What version of windows are you using? What have you tried to fix the white screen (is active desktop on or off?) and lastly, have you had any other errors? |

| 121290 | 2003-02-14 11:51:00 | Try right clicking on your empty desktop and see if the option is there for active desktop, I think thats how its done, not sure as my desktop is configured to not display any Icons or wallpaper etc. | Danger (287) | ||
| 121291 | 2003-02-14 11:51:00 | It might be different depending on your OS, but here I just right click on the desktop, select active desktop and make sure there's no tick on 'show web content'. Was it your installation of windows that didn't work, or was that sucessful but didn't fix the problem? |
