| 121717 | 2003-02-16 10:51:00 | Everytime when i start my XP, I have to wait for about 30 seconds before i can double click on my dial-up network or My network place, otherwise my XP will not take respond on it. Anyone know what is the problem? I am using the ihug ultra connection and a network card connect to other pc. My other pc doesn't give me this problem even it have the network card installed. |

I am not altogether sure of the specifics. Supposedly you can research it from here. But when i did turn on a feature in this program to speed up browsing on the LAN it did reduce the delay quite a bit |
