| 121847 | 2003-02-17 03:44:00 | A while back I installed a program which claimed to speed up Kazaa Downloads (and of course it didn't), so I uninstalled it. Now, whenever I startup my computer the Kaza folder opens. It gets extremely annoying. Does anyone know how I can fix this? |

Kazaa is known to come with a payload of spyware and any program that is associiated with Kazaa is also suspect. My bet is that Adaware will fix it. Cheers Billy 8-{) |

Start > Run > type in msconfig > press enter > StartUp Tab > have a look in there as to what programs are loading at start up and remove the ticks from those you don't want running > Apply/OK and reboot. You want to know what all those programs are doing at startup check these two links. www.answersthatwork.com www.pacs-portal.co.uk On the first link just change the the _m to what ever letter you want to look up. |
