Win 98 SE , Pentium 4, Liteon 163 DVD. When I put a disk into this DVD any sort of CD or DVD sometimes it runs but most times it does not . Just the light keeps flickering and no Data. Some times it tells me there is no disk when there is a disk inserted. Then I can not open it to get out the disk so I have to reset the machine to get the disk. I have checked I think every thing I can think of. Could this be a DVD that is no longer functioning . It is only 12 months old. Should I take it back for a refund.
