| 121645 | 2003-02-16 03:17:00 | HI All, I have a Problem on my desktop. Yesterday, I was playing around on the Display Properties and now my wallpaper and icons are not focused right. I'm on Windows XP Pro and I know that Win XP can fix up small wallpapers to fit on screens larger than what the wallpaper is designed for, but now the wallpaper is stretched and doesn't look smooth and my icons have rough "halos" surrounding them and they look as if they were all highlighted. Any suggestions? Thanks a Million... |

Other than that I would suggest going back to Display Properties and changing the picture to one more suitable for the screen size. You are correct in saying that you (windows) can scretch a picture to fit but sometimes the picture is just not suitable for that. |
