| 122325 | 2003-02-18 22:45:00 | Using Win98SE Internet explorer 6 When I access an internet address that ends in .pdf all I get is a small square top left with three coloured square/dot/triangle in it. My wifes computer with the same software gets the document. Google offers a HTML version but I would like to use the .pdf version. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader V4 on both computers. Can't find the difference in the settings. Thanks for any ideas David |

Couple of options.....download and install the free version of Acrobat 5 Reader, make sure you install v4 first or try and right click the url which has the pdf extension and save as and open it from within your computer after you have downloaded it. cgim.adobe.com The above link will get you Acrobat 5.5 for 98-XP, the download is about 8.6mb |
