122391 2003-02-19 05:37:00 Hi Ephraim

Is you computer still working normally or are you trying to use regedit to fix a problem.

Please supply more information about your computer too, including the OS you are using.

122393 2003-02-19 19:50:00 Hi again Ephraim

Why would you want to change the CD key?

(Unless, of course, it was not a legit and licenced copy you are using.)

If that is the case the I'm sorry but PF1 does not support warez, hacking pirated software or other blatantly illegal activity so you would be on your own.

However, it would be wrong and unfair to assume that you are doing anything illegal here, so on the presumption that your copy of CS is legal, rather than hacking the registry to change the key for whatever obscure reason, why not uninstall the program and do a fresh load using the key off the CD jewel case?

Cheers

122394 2003-02-20 00:29:00 TweakUI has an option (on the repair tab) to repair RegEdit. You can get TweakUI for Windows XP (www.microsoft.com) or TweakUI 1.33 (www.microsoft.com) for all other windows versions.
