| 122737 | 2003-02-21 00:17:00 | Hi, I'm setting up a new computer with a camera from an old computer, but seem to be having problems getting windows XP to recognise the camera. The old computer still has no problem recognising the camera and also has windows xp. When I plug the camera in it gives the message "One of the usb devices has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognise it". I've been to windows update to see if any of the usb drivers needed updating but couldn't find anything. the camera is a logitec quickcam express, new computer AMD Xp 2100, with Windows XP SP1 old computer also Windows XP with SP1 any suggestions what I should try next? thanks Nic |
