| 122641 | 2003-02-20 20:40:00 | This problem occurs because of the way Jive creates a new thread. Unfortunately, it basically creates the thread table without actually verifying that there is a valid post for that thread. So if for some reason the post was not successfully written into the DB (timeout for user, whatever) the thread gets created anyhow. Then when the home page is created, it creates the thread but then can't find a post for that thread and ...... bam. We are looking at ways to fix this prob, which has been around since forever. |
