| 1331048 | 2013-03-03 09:42:00 | Hi all I have a laptop that boots up to the login screen, after log in desk top appears with icons for about 2 seconds then icons disappear then white screen then error box message. Message is: NOBu Client.exe Application error 0x3f5e97df Reference at mem 0x00000000 The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate program After clicking OK i get this error message SRServer Application Error I have booted into a Kapasaky Rescue disk run scan for abut 4 hours it found infected files and quarantined them. tia Wayne |

| 1331049 | 2013-03-03 18:46:00 | Looks like that program belongs to Dell Datasafe online or something. Will it boot into safe mode / safe mode / networking?? If it can, disable that entry if ccleaner is installed. Or untick it under msconfig. Or remove the hdd put it in a working system scan it | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
