| 1330841 | 2013-03-01 23:54:00 | Got a win7 HP system here getting this message after start up. Failed to connect to a windows service. Windows could not connect to the group policy client service. Have tryed several solutions from google but haven't fixed it yet. Any advice would be appreciated. |

| 1330843 | 2013-03-02 02:10:00 | Thanks Speedy. That is an excellent tutorial on youtube. It appeared to be the answer & made the changes, but the message was still there after restart. I looked in computer management services. The Group Policy Client is stopped & set to manual. |
