1330527 2013-02-28 06:51:00 Just updated openELEC from 1.02 to 2.0 stable and discovered that ssh is disabled by default.

Came across this little tidbit which got things going again so figured I would share it with all:

I run predominantly from another Linux machine, so ssh suits me well. I don't have to boot up a Win machine to do anything

Can you not create the file to enable ssh from the console?
What is it running on?

openELEC is a linux distro setup to only run XBMC

Barebones, only includes drivers
