I use Word 2010 and Microsoft Outlook 2010 so does recipient. When they leave my pc all text and margins and figures are where they should be. I always save them to my hard drive and then attach in an email to send. Before I send I always open the docs to spellcheck and check that everything is in the right place and it is. Why does it all go haywire when he receives it please |

Not unless you are trying to both edit the document and need to see the changes.
Try accepting all changes in the document first, and then turn off tracking. Send them the document and see what happens. |
