You're most probably right, but in a different guise. They are well aware that there are plenty of gullible people out there.

1305009 2012-10-04 00:15:00 Haven't they completely reformed now and are building cheap On-line Auction Sites? R2x1 (4628)
1305010 2012-10-04 00:31:00 Well, I had a call from one yesterday morning when I was setting up new pc. I just lol'd at him and then hung up.
Funny co-incidence though!
So maybe they haven't got all of them yet?

1305011 2012-10-04 01:46:00 It will continue, just like the Nigerian scammers Agent_24 (57)
1305012 2012-10-04 01:58:00 The next ones are already here, the operate out of cupertino and scam people into buying aluminum blocks by saying they are computers, TV STB's and phones. If anyone else comes along they sue them. Their money comes from gullible people and lawsuits..

I can't remember their name though.

Just kiddin, but really, they'll be back. There's a sucker born every minute.
