Just been reading Surfer Joes health complications and thought I would post a link I came across www.youtube.com Reciently had a checkup and was told I had lose a bit of weight etc etc. So I am due back in a week or so after doing the Michael Mosely version from the video. On the whole I have lost 4-5 kg and feel much better physically and mentally but I guess I'll see how the tests go. Certain amount of motivation here as I have a young grandson whom I would like to spend time with as he grows up. |
