Too many greedy buggers! Can't be happy with just making a good profit, they think they have to make a bigger profit every year Just like the music\film industry, they make millions of dollars in profit, yet still whinge about pirates etc and say they want even more money. They should be happy with what they get. So long as it's not going backwards, they shouldn't complain! |

| 1303845 | 2012-09-29 05:12:00 | I blame the greedy consumers and public who ever since the 50s and 60s have wanted more and more, and now want better and better smart phones, PCs, teles, cars for eg. I also blame the underdeveloped countries who no longer let us exploit their natural resources for the benefit of the west, and who used to be happy with receiving brass and enamelled baubles made in Birmingham, iron-ware and cheap tin trays in return, not forgetting the bible classes ;)  |

Debt accumulation of the size we are seeing is a new thing too, hence the need to sell some of the silver to get back to normal. |

If a country keeps growing at say 3% a year then it must not be too many years before it has doubled its production! This cannot be possible. Eg a wine waiter can only service so many tables A radio announcer can only annnounce so many songs. |
