| 1329811 | 2013-02-25 05:15:00 | Hey all, Recently setup google apps for someone as a trial. They imported their mail and everything and all was well. However the trial expired and we can no longer log in to the email. They decided just to use normal gmail, the perks of business not justifying the cost. So I thought I would import all the mail and contacts into a normal gmail account BUT it seems the only way it will let me do this is pay the US$5 to liven the account up again. If I have to, I'll pay it but it seems very dumb that google would do this. Have I just missed something or is this how google plays now? |

| 1329813 | 2013-02-25 05:47:00 | So freeloaders (like me :)) can continue using it for free, but users who have been paying, but can no longer justify the cost are not allowed to drop back to the free version. That doesn't make a lot of sense. | Greven (91) | ||

| 1329817 | 2013-02-25 21:10:00 | What about exporting them say to Google Docs/Drive to import. But may need to find/build a script from Google App scripts. (developers.google.com) Or try their Apps Contact Sync. (www.google.com 37389)The other way, possibly, is to implement their Contacts AP1. (developers.google.com) | kahawai chaser (3545) | ||
| 1329818 | 2013-02-25 21:14:00 | Can you get into the admin page? It will be something like google.com Rresetting the Admin password, then clicking the 'now manage your account' link in the email you receive may be another way to access it? |
