| 123315 | 2003-02-23 04:14:00 | Hi All, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I try and transfer songs VIA firewire or USB but i get the error message "The operation failed. Ensure player is properly connected before trying again". I know it is properly connected so thats not the problem. All USB and Firewire drivers are installed aswell. Weird thing is it works elsewhere just not on this PC. Can anyone help me???? Cheers Buster |

| 123317 | 2003-02-23 07:19:00 | OK well the computer wouldn't have recognised the player in the first place if it wasn't switched on so obviously DistantCube you have no idea how this player works. How would I test whether there were driver conflicts? |
