As for a format & reload, if you have been running with your current setup for anymore than 12 months & have been installing & removing software/hardware frequently then a format would be the best thing. If this only started happening after your Windows Update, go back to the update page and check under "View installation history". What is the reference number for that update? Perhaps other people might of posted similar issues with that update. Cheers Jen |
