| 123299 | 2003-02-23 05:05:00 | I'm running 98se on a HP6327.I've installed directx9 and recently put in a sis 6326 chip and now am told in hardware manager that my systems display driver will not work with multiple display support and to contact my hardware vendor to get un updated driver.Have tried most of the sites on Google but they seem to be older versions and quite a few of the sites eg. SIS don't appear to work. Regards,Maxx. |

| 123301 | 2003-02-23 18:36:00 | I,m only running one monitor.I fitted a new card however the original is still in the PC,are you saying the computer is seeing both cards and asuming It's running two monitors.I found a site and downloaded drivers that were compatible with directx 8 and it disabled directx 9 and says there is now no conflict however train simulator will still not run.As you may have figured I still have a lot to learn. | 123302 | 2003-02-23 20:19:00 | Yup, Id remove your origional card and then see how it likes that. Uninstall it in Hardware properties by removing the driver for it. Give that a shot and see how it reacts! |
