| 123869 | 2003-02-25 13:34:00 | Hi - I have XP Home and Incredimail. My question is when you create a new email and type the first letter of the email address you get a list to choose from. Now in this list I have email addresses that - 1. I'm not sure how they got there and 2. How do I delete them? ?:| |

To delete them, when they come up in a box, just scroll to the one you don't want (without clicking on it) and hit the delete key. It should stop appearing. robo. |

And as you say some were names I had sent emails to. I had been trying to use the mouse and right click to delete - no good but doing it your way I used the arrow keys and then the delete key. FIXED - Once again Thank you!!! |

If there is a similar option in Incredimail that would be how your contacts got there. I do not have Incredimail but you could try looking around in Options for it and disable it if you do not need it. It drove me nuts so I have never had mine enabled. |

| 123877 | 2003-02-26 19:02:00 | Hi Ladybug, Autocomplete is where you just type the first letter or two of an address & it will automatically put in the 'To' box the address it thinks that you want use. In my case I have a couple of addresses that start with the same letters so as you type the next letter it will then know which one you want to use. Pauline. |
