123939 2003-02-25 23:28:00 PLEASE DON'T.

not everyone can read html emails and some are set to clean out all html email. one of my wholesalers now posts a link in the email so you can download the html page when you like.

but the decision is not up to me, its up to my boss and i can't convince him otherwise...

123941 2003-02-25 23:38:00 Well send the boss here (www.elpc.org) and get him to scroll down the page to the title "Text or HTML?" Heather P (163)
123942 2003-02-25 23:41:00 Tell him that many organisatins, and individuals, don't accept emails which are not plain text. Many don't accept email with enclosures either. Graham L (2)
123943 2003-02-25 23:47:00 Did it the other day (a first) for an invitation to my daughter's engagement party. Basically they'd written it in Publisher, printed it for some people and wanted to email it to others.

A few people complained that they couldn't open it so we sent them to the copy on the web.

Sort of OK for a party (but won't do it again) but not good for a business.

123946 2003-02-26 00:48:00 Not sure if it's the "right" way but I used:

Message;
New Message Using;
Select Stationery.

Don't say we didn't warn you!

123947 2003-02-26 00:51:00 Oh, and whilst I'm at it - email yourself a copy before sending out 300 (just to make sure it works) THEN turn off html and email yourself another copy.

Then show your boss.
