URGENT HELP REQUIRED, PLEASE. A few days ago, whilst on the Net, I received a dialog box from Microsoft inviting me to upgrade my Outlook Express security (or something like that). I did so, and everything appeared fine, BUT - now when I get E-mails with some attachments (eg .zip, and .dwg files) I get a message saying OE has blocked access to to the unsafe attachment. I know the files are OK. Is there a setting to get round this? All help very much appreciated. KB. |

In Outlook Express, click Tools, Options, Security. Untick "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that potentially could be a virus". |
