125012 2003-03-02 07:49:00 I am using Eudora 5.2 (Sponsored). My query relates to changing the format of the dates used by Eudora. Currently they follow the American system of mm/dd/yr. Is it possible to change the format to dd/mm/yr and if so, how can this be done? Thanks for any help. Smurf (506)
125013 2003-03-02 07:53:00 Tools - Options - Date Display?

Make sure "Display Dates" has Local Timezone checked.

Thats for paid version 5.1 anyway.

125014 2003-03-02 08:00:00 Thanks Godfather.....I have the Local Timezone checked so it maybe something else. Smurf (506)
125015 2003-03-02 08:02:00 Hmmm, I cannot see anything in my version that specifies the date format in either of those formats so I am thinking that it may be tied in with your Windows settings. Have a look at those and if they do not need changing post back and I will list the settings that I have in Eudora. Susan B (19)
125016 2003-03-02 08:10:00 Thanks Susan, I have checked my Windows settings and all appears ok. If you wouldn't mind posting your Eudora settings I will compare. Smurf Smurf (506)
125017 2003-03-02 08:18:00 OK, under Date Display I have:

- Display dates using Sender's timezone

- Date formats: fixed -- %1 %2 %4

- RECENT format: %1

- Hours to be OLD: 24

- OLD format: %3

- Hours to be ANCIENT: 168

ANCIENT format: %2

And that is it. With those settings my date & time format looks thus:
08:50 p.m. 2/03/2003

125018 2003-03-02 08:41:00 Hi Susan,
Thanks. My settings are exactly the same as yours and yet my date and time format look like this 09.25pm 3/2/03

Weird isn't it?
