| 125399 | 2003-03-04 01:24:00 | Some time ago I attended a Photoshop conference and came away with a CD of tutorials. Today, (on three different computers), I tried to access the tut's but on every occasion Windows Media Player opened with the error message "the file format is invalid". I'm not sure, but I think the tutorials are in the *.mov format, is it just possible that Win Med Player does not support .mov files? If this is the case what proggie should I be using? |

| 125401 | 2003-03-04 02:05:00 | Greetings Yeah I already have Quicktime V6 however win med player seems to want to open on selection of the tutorial to run and there does not seem to be any way to force Quicktime to open instead. Right clicking on the file shows the option to OPEN only and no OPEN WITH. Pre opening Quicktime does not help either. Windows ME, 512 RAM. Any further thoughts? |
