However, I am wondering if the current power supply will work/is safe to use i New Zealand. These are the specifications:

Input
115/230V~8A/4.5A
50/60Hz

If anyone can advie me on thsi it would be greatly appreciated!

126036 2003-03-06 11:25:00 We use the 230/240V over here in NZ. -=JM=- (16)
126037 2003-03-06 11:35:00 Sounds like a "world supply" that covers all voltages, BUT check if there is a switch to change from 115 to 230v.

If there is, then change it to 230v. If its a wide range supply (as in most laptops now) then its fine. My Laptop is 110~230 v with no need to adjust.

All my desktops have a small switch beside the power socket to chamge over.

Again check the instructions and the unit for a small recesses slide switch first.
