| 125997 | 2003-03-06 09:42:00 | AMD K6 3D Processor 501 Mhz... Windows ME OS Norton Utilities tells me that "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Uninstall Shield\Professional\RunTime\0700\Intel32\DotNetIns taller.exe cannot access a necessary file mscoree.dll.... I downloaded a copy into that folder, but it still cannot access it.. I noticed properties showed mscoree as a file, not as an application extension, like all other dll files....properties has it listed as an archive file..And to make things worse, I dont know what the heck DotNetInstaller is !! (I just like to keep my PC running okay...) Any suggestions Please ? Linz53 |

| 126002 | 2003-03-06 21:12:00 | sorry (remind me not to post whwn i'm half asleep ;-) ) however their is a spyware with a similer name to "dotnet". running adaware (or spybot etc) is a simply way of checking if there is any nasties there. as far as kazaa goes all you need is a fake spyware module (which adaware ingnores) so you can get rid of the spyware without causeing kazaa etc to stop working. (or you can get kazaa lite) |
