| 125898 | 2003-03-06 01:59:00 | Hey there, PC is running Windows 2000 SP3. Everything is running fine. The only problem is that when I go to install anything that uses the InstallShield program I get the error: An error occurred while launching the setup. Class not registered. After following instructions on Installshields website on how to fix this error it is still happening! Any ideas before I go and reinstall Windows? |

| 125901 | 2003-03-06 04:21:00 | Just reloaded Windows 2000 over the top of old copy and has made no difference! :( Looks like it might be the big format and start from scratch unless someone can come up with anything else by tomorrow morning. |

Yours should be a easy fit just by reinstalling the Windows Installer... |

| 125904 | 2003-03-06 20:53:00 | Spent about an hour last night going through the registry and checking all entries as InstallShield help suggested. All were OK except a couple but even after repairing these still have the same problem X-( so doing a reinstall of Win2k now. | CYaBro (73) | ||
