| 126291 | 2003-03-07 06:38:00 | Hey all, it's been a long time since I was last on the press f1 forum as I have hardly anytime. But I'm back die to a problem :P Ok the computer is not mine it belongs to some family of mine, so I only have very limited infromation about the problem and the computer details as I have not seen the computer with this problem. AS far as a I know it's Running windows ME and it is a Hewlert Packard of some description. The problem is as follows..... Cant open start menu Nothing in folders On start up it says "loading your settings failed the configuration registery key is invalid" Sorry for the limited info... I will try get around to have a look at it this weekend, this computer gets abused by kids all the time so I'm not really sure what its going to be. |
