theres a project that i'm doing for the next 6 months...
I am planning on biking at least 15ks a day..or 45/50 a week..and at the same time i have to work out my heartrate b4 biking and after biking...and also once a month i have to work out if i lose ne or gain any weight...and then every 2 months i have to work out averages for each...distance biked...speed i biked at (that would come off my cyclocomputer)...and weight gain/loss...and heartrate..

and I know paper is the very simple opinion...but as history tells..i'm a "loser" meaning i lose paper very easy...

So is there any programs that can help?...
or anything at all..
