1306177 2012-10-10 04:21:00 I want to add the $19 value pack that telecom has going at the moment, but if i do, will it cancel my Txt 150 plan at the same time??

i can't seem to find a way to cancel the txt 150 by ringing the *333 number, unless i've missed it

thanks

1306178 2012-10-10 05:42:00 yeah, I added the new plan and then the other one was taken off automatically - but it wasn't the same plan as yours so your experience may differ. sam m (517)

I tried that, as I was down south when one was due to expire and I didn't want to be without a prepay plan for 24 hours.

I assumed I could cancel one and load the $19 jobbie at the same time, but nup. Voda's told me I had to wait until the current expired before I could change. When I agreed to lose a couple of days of the current just to get the new plan up and running before traveling they did it for me. Done by email thru their site and surprisingly (for Vodas) they were very helpful.

Guess who missed the telecom bit...happens at my age.

Guess things may be different for you then.
