| 127001 | 2003-03-10 03:12:00 | The LAN Manager Service wont start on a Windows XP Professional computer. It is also known as the "server" service. I have seen this on three separate computers now. My first indication that there is a problem, is that file sharing ability is not available. The computer can see shares on other computers but cannot create shares on itself. The option is simply not there in the folder properties. Anyone else have success in fixing this? |
