126981 2003-03-10 22:11:00 How much RAM does your PC have? This sort of message can appear when running Win98 without sufficient memory.

Cheers

126984 2003-03-11 21:31:00 Using Trend PC-Cillan 2002
Found handful of file in Windows/Temporary Internet folder
They were JS_Exception.Gen & VBS_Haptime.A-1..quarnateened then deleted.

Ran Norton Utilitise...found a large number of problems throughout.
Chose auto fix

Still problem persists

Latest crash afterclosing IE6:
Explorer caused a general protection fault in Module GDI.EXE@0022: 00009fa4
Register: ...blah blah blah
Bytes@CS:EIP
....blah blah blah
Stack Dump
...blah blah blah

Without reboot opened Photoshop Elements 2
crashed saying very similar to above (substitute Photoshop for Explorer)

Plenty of Free GDI..but set manually to a higher level (was 384...now 500)

Any suggestions ?
