| 127186 | 2003-03-10 21:45:00 | My printer a deskjet 850c and im currently running windows 98 se.I've downloaded deskjet toolbox which aligns the computer however it only aligns the text and not the page layout. When I print a document or any other thing at all.My printer would print the document or picture diagonally. How do I fix this? :_| It's been like this ever since I've upgraded to windows 98se .I used to use windows 95 osr2 Please help From Tammy! |

| 127187 | 2003-03-10 21:55:00 | Hi Tammy, If I understand your problem correctly, then it sounds as if your paper tray may be out of alignment, causing the paper to load wrongly. The DJ850C is a fairly old printer ( I have one that I bought in 1995 :D), so maybe it has just reached the end of it's natural life. Given the price of similar printers nowadays, and the price of ink cartridges, unless somebody else has a simple solution, you may just have to consider a replacement. However, I would try pulling the paper tray out of the front and checking the paper path through the printer for obvious blockages or anything else that might send the paper off line. Cheers Miami |
