| 127470 | 2003-03-12 01:39:00 | We use MS Outlook 2002. Once upon a time I typed the wrong address into the "To:" field to one of our users. I sent the message, it was rejected and I forwarded it to the correct address. Case closed - or so I thought. Now when other users and I try to "reply" to this persons email messages, (from various email addresses and various PC's on our LAN) the address comes up mis-spelled, the same way I typed it incorrectly once upon a time... I have double checked and her address is correct on the mail that she sent me and the other users. I have checked her entry in my address book and it is also correct. Can someone please help me with a solution to this annoying problem? |

| 127473 | 2003-03-12 03:28:00 | Thanks Jim B. Tried Deselecting both, then restarted Outlook. Problem was still there unfortunately, so I tried Deselecting everything, restarted Outlook. Problem still there, so I put everything back the way it was. :o( Absolutely positive that the address is correct on the received message. Other users are affected the same way which is very weird... Will now try the MS Info provided - thanks for your help. |

| 127474 | 2003-03-12 03:59:00 | The MS Info sounded like the solution, but didn't work. But finally (after a couple of months lol!) I have the solution. Her email account had an incorrect Return address set up on her PC. As this does not print on the email anywhere, it couldn't be seen. |
