| 127277 | 2003-03-11 04:03:00 | On a friends laptop, the sound for DVD is encredably low! EVERYTHING is turned up at max, so music played in WMP blares out at a loud volume (Surprising for such mini speakers ?:|), and there are no options left to be set to max.. Speaker volume... There is no boost option like on some soundcards... its all at max! Every single possible slider at max, even the OSD for the laptop says its at max when you hit the buttons on the keyboard to turn it up (Can you see Im hinting that Im really stumped on things to try to turn up the volume!?!). Is there something, some piece of software, that'll act as an amp for PowerDVD XP, or even the whole thing, that will increase the volume for me/her? Any suggestions welcome Cheers Chilling_Silence |

| 127278 | 2003-03-11 04:06:00 | normally dvd is quite low in volume. some dvd codecs have a compression optoin which will boost the sound of dvd's. | tweak'e (174) | ||
