127847	2003-03-14 03:49:00	I am trying to move/copy a file from a:\ to my desktop, but receive the message " The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer". Please contact your system administrator. The system is Win 98 (1st ed), 128 RAM, 266 MHz processor and 8 gig HDD. This problem could be connected with the error message I receive when trying to go online, when I receive "Cannot open the port, ( or sometimes), the port is already open" message. Any ideas what these "restrictions" could be? I have copied windows over its self, which did not help and have stopped rnnap.? from starting on bootup, didn't help either !!	Curly (487)
