| 127833 | 2003-03-13 22:00:00 | I have Win ME. Last week I had to reformat and reload Windows , what a drama. However ,now, system restore does not seem to be working on a scheduled recording program as it should. It appears to be switched on but only records when system changes are made not daily restore points as you would expect. Where do I look to fix this? |

| 127834 | 2003-03-13 23:19:00 | Just had a look at my own system restore calendar thingee and that is not on a day by day basis either, the most recent restore point for me goes back to Wednesday last week. Of course there has been no program changes or restarts in that time either. How ME/XP selects the dates to restore from I cannot say. If you want to automate the computer to create restore points more often or every day as a example then try the following link for a add on to System Restore. Also works for XP I understand. www.wugnet.com |
