May not help if you have a current problem - but I run GoBack with Win98SE and can reach back to 3 March as of this morning. Scouse

128106 2003-03-15 09:11:00 I used to use GOBack and no longer dso so as i have found that Powerquest Drive Image 2002 does a better job less hdd THRASHING and recreates my c: drive as I saved it takes about 10 mins for 2igs that ends up compressed to 560 megs kiwibeat (304)
128107 2003-03-15 09:27:00 That System restore relies on Hard drive space. The more space you allocate the further back you can go. What size hard drive do you have and what is used?

For me (personally) I have turned off System Restore and use Ghost instead. Two weeks ago I used Ghost to backup the whole computer.
This cost me 15 CDRom disks for 24 Gigs

I also use my CDWriter to backup really important stuff.

128108 2003-03-15 19:49:00 The number of "restores" available depends on the percentage of available disk space you have allowed restore to use. At the moment my restore can use about 30 gigs. You can always change it later if you need the space.
