You can also download an "adult" blocking hosts file from there as well as hosts files for blocking other nasties and advertising sites (like doubleclick)

128701 2003-03-17 01:12:00 I right-clicked it and chose open with (It has not extension and so no file-association) and selected the bottom option.

Choose notepad and you should be peachy, I was.

I was logged in as a user with Admin rights.
It tells you how to add addresses in the file :-)

128706 2003-03-17 01:22:00 LOL - Go Open up the C:\Windows\ folder (You're in doze remember.. its \ and not / ;-)) and click on View
-Folder Options (Or the option right down the bottom)
Click on the View tab (Sorry, im on a 98 PC right now)

Scroll down and untick the Hide system/hidden files, and see how that goes.

It is there... :-)

...or that'd work ;-)

Just make sure that in XP you tell it to search but include hidden and other files as well... It'll miss it otherwise :-)
