| 129423 | 2003-03-19 05:28:00 | Hi everyone- query:- recently for no known reason my drop down dial up window - won't. -If I press"send / receive" button I get instead a window saying, sic "trying to get hotmail" when in normal circumstances this is at the bottom of the request list -- this, assuming I was online - when in fact I need the drop down dial up window to do so. To go online at this moment I have to shrink the outlook express window - click on the :"short cut" icon on the desktop and lo and behold I can work normally effie c |

| 129424 | 2003-03-19 06:22:00 | With Internet Explorer open select Tools/Internet Options Click on Connections tab at the top Make sure your ISP is showing as the default. Make sure "always dial my default connection" has the dot in it. Click Apply and OK |
