| 129374 | 2003-03-19 02:06:00 | Hi We have Windows XP home - Ive tried to delete a program from the Add/delete program in the start menu, but it comes up with - 'Could not load intialization file'. What does this mean? Is it there to stay? Thanks |

| 129375 | 2003-03-19 02:26:00 | A programme installer should leave a file showing exactly what has been installed, and where, fo an uninstaller can remove it all. If you've removed things yourself (or excreta has happened), the "official" remover can't work. One method of recovery is to actually install the programme again, then remove it. That creates the file for the remover to use. | Graham L (2) | ||
