| 129213 | 2003-03-18 09:44:00 | I have a toshiba satellite pro 430cds/1.3 which does not recognise its pcmcia slots. I was told it was something to do with the order in which the drivers were installed? the computer reports slots empty, regardless of whats inserted. I am trying to use a cardbus network card. the drivers on the toshiba site dont seem to help. |

It's been a while since I worked on these toshi's but, you have to delete the device, change a setting in the bios and then use a particular driver from the Toshiba ProCare website. Sorry the details are a bit fuzzy but it was a long time ago. Maybe a friendly ProCare tech could find the drivers for you? Cheers, Ecko |
